Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?

If you find a mistake in your order, we suggested you ask us to cancel the current order right away and create a new one. Be aware that we can't cancel an order once it's shipped.

Are shipping fees refundable?

No. All shipping costs, including returns costs are non-refundable.
